Playing with forever

Just something I did for myself, because I was kind of bogging down from all the commissions and xmas presents. I clearly needed a break x.x I was about to strangle myself man.

Anyway, done in colored pencils, watercolors and ink.

Ever wonder what a demon would look like if it was of water, instead of the air? Or a succubus? What if that was a mermaid was just an aquatic succubus, sent to lure sailors to their deaths... I find the parallels between the siren myths in greece and the myths of succubi elsewhere rather interesting. Even if one is water and one is air.
