Found a little piece of board and got the urge to draw something pretty on it rather then throw it away, so... here. Random geisha.
The original is 1 3/4 inches wide by 8 inches long. Done in watercolors, colored pencils and ink.

It's a lovely piece but it really is a tayuu/oiran and not a geisha Tayuu/oiran and housewives wore their obis tied in the front. Geisha started the fashion trend of tying them in the back. Also, geisha wore minimal hair ornaments while tayuu/oiran wore many hair ornaments to look flashy and attract customers
